Todd and Meg first met in 2005 at a party while in school at UVA. Meg’s friend and roommate, Cat, was meeting up with a friend-of-a-friend named Chris, and Cat asked Meg to tag along. Well, the friend-of-a-friend named Chris also happened to bring his friend and roommate, Todd. Sounds a little complicated, but it was actually pretty perfect.

Meg and Todd did not start dating right away, but developed a friendship that grew into a romance. Then things got put on hold when Meg moved home to Atlanta after college, but not for long. After a few years, she was back in Virginia for grad school, and Todd and Meg picked up where they left off.

They both live in Richmond. Meg works in advertising as an Account Supervisor at The Martin Agency, and Todd is a Nurse at Johnston-Willis Hospital. They still spend a lot of time in Central Virginia in and around Charlottesville, cheering on ‘Hoos, hanging out with Todd’s family, and enjoying the mountains.

So, the rest is history, right? Well, not really. It’s actually the future because that’s when the wedding part comes in! And that’s where you guys get to celebrate two best friends as we kick off married life together on January 3rd.
